Shipping Policy: All orders have a 3-5 day production fulfillment period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days and then ship it out. Depending on your location, additional transit days may apply on top of the 3-5 day fulfillment period. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country and are outside of our control. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out. For international orders, we are not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or duties charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.   Refunds / Exchanges: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To initiate a return, please contact on our contact page with your order number and reason.
